At Pureluxs, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Wholesale/B2B orders may require additional handling time depending on quantity and stock availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and order size.

  • Exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout or on your invoice (for wholesale orders).

  • For large or wholesale shipments, transport & logistics are discussed and finalized with the distributor

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Europe: 3–7 business days (after dispatch).

  • International delivery (outside Europe): 7–14 business days (depending on customs).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs clearance.


4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Carrier details and tracking numbers will be provided once available.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control.


6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at pureluxs.wholesale@gmail.com with photos.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Wholesale & Distribution Orders

  • Delivery and logistics for wholesale clients are arranged directly with our distribution manager.

  • Large-volume shipments may require custom agreements regarding timelines and carriers.
