At Pureluxs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used bakhoor capsules cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Items not purchased directly from Pureluxs or authorized distributors.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Contact us at pureluxs.wholesale@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship the items back to our warehouse at your own expense (unless defective or wrong product sent).
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of defective or incorrect items, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns for wholesale/distribution orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the agreement with the distributor.
